I was just reading through your blog and I couldn't be more thankful for the information that you have provided. I have recently started my 2 dogs on a regement of homemade food and they absolutely love it (to the point where, last week we ran out of food, and gave them their old kibble just so they would have something to eat until we made more food for them in the morning... They refused to eat it!).

I just wanted to pass on an idea for treats that my dogs absolutely love and my vet greatly approves of. Simply pick up some either beef or pork heart (my boys prefer pork) and boil it till its well done. THen just chop it up and refridgerate. Any portions your arent going to use in teh near furture can be forzen for future use!
